Cycle chain
In the cycling world, weight is an important factor. The more you pay, the less you get, the faster you go. My Specialized Tricross Sport weighs 11.25 kilograms (apparently).
Unfortunately, the more expensive the bike, the heavier the chain. Mine weighs 1.95kg.
There must be a moral in this somewhere…
My previous bicycle was a Giant Expression, which, according to google weighed 16kg. So that must be why I’m 50% faster now ? (More than 50% poorer though)
